Meet Ellie May! Hello new friends, my name is Ellie May. I was found as a stray, and the good people at Albert's Dog Lounge took me in and promised to find me the most perfect home, where I will always be loved and cared for. I'm a senior lady with beautiful blonde curls and weigh just over 16 pounds. The perfect size for any family! I go potty outside and do quite well with not having any accidents in the house if I'm kept on a regular schedule. I get along well with other dogs and would love to have another canine companion in my home to keep me company while my humans are away. Do you know what would be even better? If my new family worked from home or was retired. I just enjoy being with my humans so much. I even love the smaller humans! I really enjoy sniffing in the back yard, and going for walks in the neighborhood. I have a collapsing trachea, so I need to have a harness on for walks, and I take a medicine every day to help control it better, but sometimes I still cough because of it. My activity level should also be kept to a minimum if it's really hot or humid out. When it's time to go for a car ride, I crawl right into my crate and lay down, and enjoy the journey! I'm a good girl like that. I'm a social butterfly and quite friendly with everyone. Foster mom says I'll find my forever home in no time since I'm such a beautiful little lady and so well-behaved!
